Our Company is selecting 4 Programmers, for our costumer that is a very important italian Software House, looking for an experienced, highly-motivated software programmer with exceptional architectural and development skills as well as a passion for creating great software on ADOBE FLEX (vers. 1 and 2) and other various platforms.
This person will work closely with a team of similarly outstanding individuals in Romania or in Italy, dedicated to building next versions of web technologies of our customer company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s products.
The research is open for both genders -

Main Responsibilities:
- Work independently and own multiple features of the product
- Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs
- Design & implement features, required APIs, test suites or technology
according to specifications, while keeping a strong customer focus
- Interact with the quality engineers, and coordination managers to
ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Perform research on various technologies useful for the project
- Provide status and feedback to management
Qualifications For this job we are searching for people with:
Technical:
- Proficient in ADOBE FLEX 1&2 development techniques is a must
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or
equivalent is a plus;-
- Minium 3 total years of experience in programming object oriented
(Microsoft C#, Borland Delphi, Java)
- Experience in architecting, designing, developing and maintaining
large, complex, enterprise-class systems
- Very good abilities to analyze, profile and optimize code for
performance and memory usage
- Good debugging and bug-fixing skills
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns
Nice to have:
- Good HTML/CSS/JavaScript development skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Personal:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambitious and self-driven
- Pro-active and detail-orient
- Fluent in Italian is an advantage, in second choice fluent English
(written and spoken) is a must -
