For our Client, important Consulting & Development Company in the construction industry, we are searching for an energetic and dedicated person who will coordinate the Project managers in Mechanical, Electrical and Piping fields.
The Project Director will:
- Provide support to the Client and guidance to the Project Managers specialized in their fields, as follows::
-Electrical (planning, designing, selection of suppliers, orders, logistics of orders)
-Mechanical – HVAC (planning, designing, selection of suppliers, orders, logistics of orders)
-Piping (planning, designing, selection of suppliers, orders, logistics of orders)
-Analyze and comment on the logic and areas of risk to the Client.
-Review the progress of the works and carry out ad-hoc programming exercises for the Client if required.
-Advise and assist the Client on any potential claims and change orders to the Trade Contract
-Arrange for ad-hoc cost exercises to be carried out on request of the Client.
-Assist in implementing a cost monitoring system.

-At least 6 years of construction experience in a project organization of which at least 3 projects as a project manager, International exposure would be advantageous
-Education: Construction University
-Advanced English language
-Driving license B
-Personality: Client focus, Commercial awareness, Integrity
-Availability for traveling domestic and international
