• Responsible for the design, scheduling, application and monitoring/supervision of architectural-construction projects, regarding the company contracts as follows:
• Follow-up on the execution and prepare regular progress reports to the Managment
• Supervise progress of the project
• Project coordination among client and all subcontractors
• Contractual relation with the client and his contractual representative

• A degree in constructions/architecture
• 5 years previous experience in constructions industry, including private construction companies
• Experienced in working with subcontractors
• Experience in road/building construction (both new and rehabilitation)
• Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
• Good level of English and/or Spanish
• Driving license
