Descriere job
- offeres support in various situations occurring in the company;
- keeps contact with clients and business partners (phone and email);
- secretarial acitvities: correspondence, taking calls, document management, internal briefings, greeting visitors, booking;
- booking for hotels, restaurants, airlines;
- issuing invoices, tracking receipts / payments in accordance with internal procedures;
- acquisition, registration, distribution and archiving of correspondence;
- updating databases specific activity;
- specific reporting, analysis, presentations, proposals;
- translation of various documents when necessary;
- keeping organization s agenda, monthly periods;
- involvement in specific projects the industry;
- providing information and providing support on specific issues;
- coordination of activities in collaboration with internal departments of the company;
- performs other related duties assigned. -
Cerinte
- experience with Travel agencies;
- University graduated;
- Experience in a similar position at least two years or in a multinational company;
- Proficiency in English (written / spoken) is mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, creative person, energetic;
- Organizational ability and problem-solving orientation;
- Very good knowledge of Office:MS Word, Excel, Internet;
- Ability to establish priorities and to organize work in an efficient way;
- The ability to focus on achieving several tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Distributive attention, ability to adapt and learn quickly;
- Experience in working with booking. -
